Understanding Liver Health Language
ALT (Alanine Aminotransferase):
A common liver enzyme found in the blood. Elevated levels may indicate that the liver is under stress. A reduction in ALT is often interpreted as a sign of improved liver health.
dB/m (Decibels per Meter):
A liver ultrasound measurement (CAP score) is used to estimate liver fat. A lower score means less fat in the liver, which supports overall metabolic function and energy.
Absorption Rate (%):Refers to how well an ingredient enters the bloodstream. Improved absorption means more effective results from smaller doses.

Artichoke Leaf Extract – In a clinical trial, ALT dropped from 81.77 to 38.40 U/L over 60 days in participants taking Cynara scolymus extract.

Turmeric (Curcumin) – Supplementation led to ALT reductions of up to 11.36 U/L across several trials.
